Digital Product Terms

In short: when you buy a digital product, you are buying a licence to use it yourself. You are not buying ownership of it.
What you are buying
Our digital products may include PDF resources, printable checklists, digital planners, editable templates (such as Google Sheets, Notion and Google Calendar templates), video tutorials and resource libraries. When you buy one, you buy a licence to use it under these terms. You do not buy the product itself or any intellectual property in it.
Your personal-use licence
Unless we say otherwise, buying a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal use. This means you may:
make your own copy of a template in your own account
edit your copy for your own use
print a resource for your own use
keep backup copies for your own use
What you cannot do
Without our written permission, you must not:
resell the files
upload them to public websites, file-sharing platforms or online stores
share download links, access details or copies with other people
distribute or give copies to other individuals or organisations
remove Milestone Collective's branding or copyright notices
claim the product or its contents as your own
modify the product and resell it
use it to create a similar or competing product
use it commercially

Professional, educational and organisational use
The personal-use licence does not cover use with clients, students, groups or in a service, school, clinic or organisation. If you are a therapist, educator or organisation and would like to use our resources in your work, contact us and we can discuss a suitable licence.
Getting your product
Digital products are delivered by a download link, email, customer account or another digital method, which we will explain at checkout. Please give us an accurate email address and make sure your device and software can open the product. Links and access are for you only, so please do not share them. If you cannot get access to something you bought, contact us and we will help.
Google Sheets and other platforms
Some products work through third-party platforms such as Google Sheets. You will need your own account, and the platform's own terms and privacy policy apply. Your copy of a template is yours to edit, and you can remove any editing protections we added. We are not responsible for changes you make or for outages, changes or limits on the platform itself.
Updates
We may update or improve our products from time to time. Unless we say so, buying a product does not include future updates or new versions. Information in our products is general only and may become out of date, so please check important details with the relevant official source. Our Website Terms and Conditions explain this further.
Refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy applies to digital products. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.
Ending your licence
If you break these terms, your licence may end and we may restrict your access to the product. Ending your licence does not affect any other rights we have.
